Posting User Content on AuPairClearingHouse:

You acknowledge that AuPairClearingHouse has the absolute right to refuse to display or to remove anything posted by you on or to the Site, including, without limitation, personal attacks against AuPairClearingHouse staff or users, inappropriate rants and rude comments regarding our ratings, surveys, reviews and editorials on Edina's Blog, Forums, etc. 

In addition, any hate speech, "ghost blogging" and any other content submitted or posted by you that violates our User Content Policy for whatever reason or for no reason at all may be removed by us.  

You further agree that by posting or submitting comments to AuPairClearingHouse, you are the sole author, creator and owner of that content, and that you are waiving any rights you may have in that content, or to control its use or (re)distribution, including any intellectual property rights, and that you further waive any claim that AuPairClearingHouse is acting in an unfair or discriminatory manner by refusing to display (or by removing) such content.

You also agree that you may not and will not post or submit any User Content that contains or features any of the following:

• Offensive, harmful and/or abusive language, including without limitation: expletives, profanities, obscenities, harassment, vulgarities, sexually explicit language and hate speech (e.g., racist/discriminatory speech.)
• Content that contains personal attacks or describes (any wish for) physical confrontations and/or sexual harassment or rebuttals to comments posted on the Complaints Forum.
• Messages that are advertising or commercial in nature, or are inappropriate based on the  subject matter at hand.
• Language intended to impersonate other users (including last names of other individuals) or offensive or inappropriate user names or signatures as determined by AuPairClearingHouse.
• Proper grammar, punctuation and spelling must be used. No ALL CAPS.
• Content that is not in English, that is encrypted or that contains viruses, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with our computer system, data or personal information.
• Users that continue to violate the above policies will be blocked from our website.
• Spam emails/comments will be deleted immediately
• Posting personal information or messages including email addresses, URLs, phone numbers and postal addresses, names of any individual (first or last name) that are not already publicly available. 
• Trolls: In internet slang, a troll is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community (blogs, forums), with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or disrupting normal on-topic discussions. 
• Please do not "feed the trolls" - in other words, ignore the comments and postings of a troll, who tries to attack you and your opinions (see more of this internet definition here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_troll)
